Norway's second largest producer of hydroelectricity

Terms of trade in the draft agreement clarified

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of Friday 8 March 2019. Eidsiva Energi and Hafslund E-CO’s boards of directors have now reached an agreement on terms of trade in the draft agreement on the merger of the companies.

E-CO Energi - Provisional annual result 2018

2018 was a record year for E-CO Energi, which posted an operating profit of NOK 3,669 million. This represents a year-on-year increase of NOK 1,432 million. The improved performance is primarily attributable to higher electricity prices and increased power production.

Rosten Power Plant is opened

Rosten Power Plant in Sel Municipality was officially opened by the Minister of Petroleum and Energy Terje Søviknes on 22 August.

E-CO Energi is involved in the 1400 megawatt (MW) interconnector NorthConnect. NorthConnect will provide an electrical link between Scotland and Norway, allowing the two nations to exchange power and increase the use of renewable energy.
